and electronics. While Frank claims to have "the math" to back his
notions up, he continues to be unable to actually show this, and so
his "arguments" - if we can dignify them with that undeserved title -
consist pretty much of claiming that his notion of running cars on what
are really impossibly impractical capacitors simply MUST be
correct, because, golly, it's just SUCH a darned neat idea! We can
only assume that once he either actually produces an "EER" - or
much more likely, simply tires of the whole thing - he will then turn
his attention to developing either the lighter-than-air locomotive, or
a personal transportation system based on clicking one's heels
together three times while chanting, "there's no place like (insert
your destination here)".

to store energy instead of a battery. There were even photos of it.
