crystal oscillator

Please suggest me how to estimate the motional capacitance of a
crystal.
The datasheet provided by the manufacturer generally contains
information regarding ESR, parasitic cap and max load.

Are the two series caps performing the function you mentioned?

The caps are not in series. They are on either sided of the xtal to ground.
They provide loading for the xtal with a reactance of about 420 ohms to
ground.
