What do you mean by "simulation ready components?" Do you mean data to
simulate components in circuit simulator (e.g. PSpice)?

If you're looking for data, the manufacturers often, but not always, have
SPICE models on their sites. (mostly of discrete components/op-amps/SMPS
chips).
