The ACLU were spanked badly by the Senate when they
voted 98 to 0 to reverse ACLU vs. BSA. Even Kennedy,
Clinton, Boxer, Feinstein, Schumer, Durbin, Obama,
Biden, et. al. voted against the ACLU. Of course they
were likely to never get re-elected if they had been seen
to vote *against* the BSA.
