US is just sending its CIA agent warmongers all over the world to create wars and sell weapons

That\'s a real hodgepodge of dismissive half-truths, there.
US does\'t \'sell weapons\' indiscriminately. Time was, USSR was fighting Nazis in german
uniforms, and they got US material support of the lend/lease type. Nowadays, Russia is trying
to claim a similar mission, but the US isn\'t buying the story.

NATO is an alliance, not a hate group; NATO doesn\'t have pawn-like attributes, either.

You guys keep falling for Jan\'s trolling. He says off-the-wall stuff,
you guys explode, he laughs and keeps doing it.

It\'s been going on for years and years now.

Indeed so, but he believes most if not all of it.
I know it looks crazy to you to a point of just not being plausible
but trust me, this is the case. I know a few other people who are
not stupid at all, have decent knowledge in our field etc. and are
completely brainwashed by the Russian propaganda nonsense in the
same way.

That\'s possible, at the sub-0.1% level.

unless you really meant to write per mil not per cent you are way off
The legal BAC limit for driving is 0.08% in California. That is
sub-0.1%.

What would \"per mil\" mean?
parts per 1000, like percent is parts per 100
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Per_mille

here 0.5-1.2% is a fine of a months net income and you have 3 months
to redo your drivers license test, both theory and practice

Please refresh my memory. Where is \"here\"?

Seems like a waste of legislation. 1% is usually fatal.

should have been a \"‰\" so 0.05% 0.12%

You get fined a month\'s income for 0.05%? That\'s pretty draconian.
just looked it up, it\'s multiplied by the per mille, so half a month\'s income for 0.05%
a months income for 0.1%

What do they do if you have no income, just wealth?

I think 0.5 permille is the limit in most of Europe
One
drink can get you there. (Not at my body mass, of course.)
yeh, one or two drinks. Simpler to just not drink at all if driving

The UK TV shows seem to indicate that\'s the case. I\'ve never gotten anyone to tell me what the law actually says.

Most bars in the US would go out of business if people couldn\'t drive to
get there.

I think not. We are just used to what we do. When I was a kid, some guys I was working for talked about one Friday night when they were driving around drinking. They were hitting the hard stuff and even tossed an empty out to hit a road sign. That was when the red lights came on (no one used blue back then). The cop checked the IDs and said, \"Maybe you boys should head home and sober up tonight.\" That was all.

Maybe so, but why do you care? The likelihood of changing the thinking

Plus being an underdog doesn\'t make you a saint.
