Even more wisdom from the sage who doesn't seem to know that if you're
parallel parked downhill you should steer into the curb and if you're
parallel parked uphill you should steer away from the curb.

So you'd better be on a straight road? BTW, that's a dumb idea, too.
The wheels should be straight when parked (it's hard on the power
steering pump to leave them at an angle).
