A124 chip?

I have a small 6 pin (SOIC I think?) chip that only has "A124" written
on it. I think it might be some kind of constant current source or
transimpedance amplifier. Anyone see this before?

Could it be a Pericom PI5A124 analog switch in SOT-23-6?
