A bit off topic

Ok, this is a bit off topic, but not quite as off-topic as "Lisa Simpsons
Breasts"
I'm looking for a article that was in Popular Science, or Popular Mechanics.
This article was about a Florida based company, that I believe was called
"Hoversport", and their hovercraft was called "Stingray".
I am doing a history of the company, and need this info.
My Library is no help.

Do you know when it was published, at least to within 5 years or so?

If so, go look through the Reader's Guide to Periodical Literature, which
should be in any library. Make sure it indexes those magazines (I think it
does).
