I need a source for a 5.6 mf 50 volt electrolytic.

+/- 20%, use a 4.7uF . If it *is* critical to have the right value, just
add
a 1.0uF across the former's pins.

Or if it's not in a critical circuit, just use a 10 uF. Or a 6.8 uF.
