Not sure if this is the right forum, but anyway...

Just scratching around, I found a story by someone called T Henry Moray.
Apparently he invented a machine that collected electricity from the ZPE
field.

Has anyone tried any experiments regarding ZPE and what exactly is it?

Its never been directly measured, let alone put to any practical use.
But that doesn't stop kooks & loons.
