Hi,

I probably should know it, but I don't.

What is the zpcellSCRATCH cell for, which
I can find in some design libraries?

Bernd

It's a scratch cell to hold temporary pcell data.

as Andrew suggested here :

this cell holds a temporary pcell when you instantiate one, so that the layout editor
can draw ghost shapes

sometimes, it doesn't get deleted. don't worry too much...

Don t worry too much, but do delete it if you get a problem. I have seen before
that the stale zpcellScratches caused problems.
