This unit when plugged in only spins the takeup reel, but there is no
display and no operational functions and the only voltage I was able
to measure in the power supply was the 30VDC point. Looked for bad
semiconductors, and caps with the esr meter but without a schematic
this is tough. Does anyone have any information on this model? Thanks,

I replaced those parts but and restored some of the voltages on the
power supply. The takeup reel no longer spins but the unit still will
not power up. Aside from getting the wervice manual, Do you have any
other ideas? Thanks, Lenny Stein, Barlen Electronics.
