Yaesu FT530 mods

Hi Guys

I have done the wideband mods of my 530 and can receive the PRS band no
worries.

But when I transmmit it works for a few seconds and then stops with a
beep.

Can I change this ???

It's not designed to work at all in those frequencies; it's quite possible
there is no transmit stages tuned for that band so it won't lock up. You
realise using that gear on that band is a breach of your licence anyway?
