I currently see three spams from a yahoo account. Other than that, the only spamWTF is up with all these loony GMAIL posts. They are all from the same person.

Posting Host" IP addresses of these Chinese counterfeit
watch/shoe/handbag/etc spam posters. I rarely see those anymore, and I
read a lot of newsgroups like 24HRHDS that used to be flooded with them.

Usenet spam, but if they do it's most likely doing it on the NNTP
posting IP addresses involved, same as many email spam blockers do with
the sending IP of known spam sources. I know that's how some of the
larger newsproviders like Giganews do it.
