These are an atmel processor in a PLCC surface mount
package which can be socketed, its a flash based chip,

I'm just looking for alternate sources in small qtys to
satisfy backup requirements, I have some other CPUs,
I can swap like 89C8252, 68HC705K1S, Zilog etc etc
or let me know how much you want for excess stock ?
