AFAIK, all mice have the same basic circuit and wiring scheme
(ignoring an USB interface, if any).

Nope. most PC "PS/2" mice are roughly alike, (serial mice and USB
mice are different), the mention of a Z80 should have misled you
into another direction - Z80-based computers with custom mice.

That would also be a wrong answer, but a natural one. He is
looking for a Microtek brand MICE-II 8051 & Z80 In Circuit
Emulator, not a computer mouse.
