Nope.. I picked up my DB9 and DB25's in a pawn shop for $20 each.
Keep eyes open, look in unusual places, and keep cash handy :)

Mouser (www.mouser.com) carries Greenlee and Deltron D-sub panel punches but
"reasonable" is a relative term. If I remember correctly, mine came from Jameco
6-8 years ago(www.jameco.com) for about $100 each, but I couldn't find them in
their online catalog any longer.

They are available from RS Components and Farnell and I guess others
but they seem to be made by a company called Deltron

http://www.deltron-emcon.com/products_services/index.asp?id=2055&oldid=Products%7C0%23connectors%2C+die+cast+enclosures+and+production+tooling%0D%0A%7C1880%23production+tooling%7C2008%23manual+hole+cutting+tools%7C2055%23

(watch the wrap!)

I would hazard a guess they will be expensive. RS and Farnell seem
to be in the US$500 - 800 range.

Otherwise get you local metal shop/tool maker to make one for you.

We have a couple of near new D punches by Greenlee which are available.

Also a 68mm square for DIN meters, some conventional and Stainless Steel
circular punches and a near-new battery operated punch machine.

If you are interested I'll check what is there and post to the newsgroup later.

Located in the UK but will ship anywhere.
