Writing output to a normal textfile

Hi,

I want to write my verilog output result to a normal textfile. I have
the output displayed in signalscan but I would like to write the output to
a normal file. for that I should initilaize memory ??? I dont know how to
proceed to write data in file.

can anyone suggest some suggestions, how can I initialize my work.
