Why are people on the internet such dumbasses?

The Ones who use Windows are ok.....its the ones who use Linux who mess it
up.

The OS/hardware has nothing to do with it, it's the ones who make stupid
posts trying to stir people up who are the problem.

I always figured it was the WebTV folks or the Mac users. ;-)

No offense intended...

Its Just funny because alot of Linux Users will complain when a program is
written exclusively for a Windows OS, say an internet Multiplayer Game for
example. Then the Linux Users proceed to H4x the program up so they can take
control of the Game or cheat for example. Of course they can only do it on
Game Servers where the host is Running a Linux box.....not Windows.

IMO people who complain about what OS *other* people run or develop software
for, regardless of what that choice may be, are the ones with issues. Kinda
reminds me of the fierce mac vs pc battle that was going on about 10 years
or so ago, people so absorbed in which platform is "better" that I never
could figure out if they ever actually did anything useful with the hardware
they had.

Here is a good example ....

What do you consider "dumbass"? be specific please as your post seems
pretty borderline to me.

Hi!

If you're going to quote me, at least quote me properly. I said, and I
quote:

No offense intended...
And none was. I've got at least one computer for each major OS out there.
There are things I like and dislike about each one. Up until I went
broadband, I had a WebTV and thought it was a very good solution for easy
web browsing, e-mail and even newsgroups...though I wasn't fond of the built
in reader that much... It's too bad nobody at WebTV ever thought of an
Ethernet port for those boxes or I'd still be using mine!

Lighten up and cool off. Sheesh. *No* Offense Intended.

Because they're faulty and the replacement components are discontinued.
