You're referring to "Slime"?

That brand and trademark has been around for years. Best-known
(first?) product is a fiber-loaded gel that you can squirt in a
tire, before inflation... in the case of a small puncture, the slime
flows into and blocks the puncture and keeps the tire from going
flat. Or, so they claim.

It's bright green, and slimy.

Truth in advertising :)

In danish, the grease put on the rims to ease the mounting of the tyres
to the hubs is popularely called "dćksnot", tyresnot. Snot like a
snotty nose.
The danish word tyresnot btw means bullsnot. :) Tyr = Bull

If you don't like 'Slime' use 'Monkey Snot'

Thanks for the correction. I'm glad to know there's a good reason for the
name.

It's got five days left.

The other thing is that they can just pull it. Bid against me with a sock puppet or it might just have a reserve.

I'll keep my eye on it though.

That was intended for one of the resident jerks on S.E.R who claimed
none were available for under $50. I've seen several go without bids
for that price. The plug ins are worth more than that scope, but I
already have two of the scopes.

It ended with no bids and was relisted. Those scopes are EOL. The
big cal labs no longer support them, so there is only the hobby market
left.
