The nearest public library if you cannot afford tution (The quickest way
:).
Also there are heaps of mags about, if money is tight get someones old ones
and read anything that takes your'e fancy.
When you can't "Get" some principle ask here, don't ask "How do I" creat a
linear accellerator or whatever :)

Complementing your local public libary (and/or good bookshop), as
Rheilly Phoull suggested, I'd recommend you look at Graham Knott's
tutorials:

And don't let too much time go by before buying a breadboard, a few
components, and a DMM - and starting to experiment.

If you possibly can, take an introductory EE course at a community
college. That will force you to do the math right from the very
beginning, and not learn a lot of bad habits.

And learn *electricity* before you move on to electronics!

Besides what other people have mentioned... perhaps you could let us know
what sorts of electronic devices catch your interest? Microcontrollers,
radio, power supplies, audio, etc.? Then we could probably add a more less
generic web sites.
