Where to find data about cellmap for calibre LPE?

Hi,

I wanna use calibre to run LPE and extract Parasitic RC, but I have no
more experience to do it, so I study the tools documents and find the
cellmap file needed. There's so little data about it even through google
searching, who can give me more data or advice to do calibre LPE and cellmap
file about? Thanks for your help!
