Where to find 2SA968B?

Hi,
In order to fix up my old (but beloved) power amp, I need two pieces each of
2SA968B and 2SC2388. I tried the Wes Component, RS Component and Fernell,
but had no luck, they stopped stocking them for awhile. Does anyone know
where I can get them? I would greatly appreciate your help.

** WES sell the 2SA968 - which is a TO220 device similar to the MJ15031.

The 2SC2388 is a metal TO3 high voltage switching device.

Sure about that second number ?

2SA968 is available everywhere and is equivalent to 2SA1011, 2SA1133,
2SA1112, 2SA1332. It's a NF/S-L 160V 25W 100Mhz PNP.

2SC2388 is also a common part and is equivalent to BU326, BU426, BUX45,
2SC8083, it's a TA220 S-L 450V 75W 20Mhz NPN.

Tradetech will ship internationally and are v.efficient.
