Where to buy Pre-amplified Mic

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can buy a pre-amplified mic?

I have an MP3 player with only a line-in, and have been told that I need a
pre-amp mic.

Any help appreciated.

And why you do not want to use a mic mixer.

MP3 Palyer / recorder, rus line in, but is not mic'able (he says - i think
it's have to have somthing but anyway) the unit is portable and a mixer
would add additional non-wanted weight
