Where is Klaas Holwerd's GDSII viewer?

A highly-regarded free GDSII viewer and detailed documentation on the
GDSII format used to be available at http://www.xs4all.nl/~kholwerd/bool.html.
Recently, this web site became unavailable.

Where can I get this package now?

He is frequently posting on wxart2d-users_dev on sourceforge.net there
is also a webpage http://www.klaasholwerda.nl/ but that web space is
probably very new.

Thanks to your response, I was able to contact Klass Holwerd. He
generously told me that the new location is http://boolean.klaasholwerda.nl.
