Hi:
I tried to get the .spi file for IRF540, but it points to irf830.spi
If you go to IRF830, the spice file link is for irf9520.spi
IRF9520 points to irf9530.spi, and finally IRF9530 points to irf9530.spi.
I could understand it if different part numbers linked to spice files
with different names, if the models were effectively the same, but
IRF9520 is PMOS, while IRF830 is NMOS.
What are these folks smoking?
