What's the manufacturere of this transistor logo?

[Watson A.Name - \"Watt Su]

I got a bunch of 2N3638A transistors that are in the old TO-105 package.
These are probably from the '70s or '80s, since that kind of package
hasn't been made for quite a while. It has an odd logo on it, which I'm
showing below in ASCII art. Is that a lower case "i" inside the D? Or
is it an H?
