A man fatally shot 10 people at a ballroom dance venue where people were celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year in Monterey Park, California late on Saturday, Jan. 21.

The probable suspect shot and killed himself when ordered out of his vehicle by SWAT.

A reliable community insider said the shooter was most likely furious he did not receive an invitation to the invitation-only dance while his girl friend did receive one. The insider says the dance hall does this all the time, and it\'s common for people to get angry over it.
