Googling "hynix part number decoder" gets not much ... <http://www.hynix.com/products/support/partnumberdecoder.jsp?menuNo=1&m=8&s=1> From HY62WT08, I get using the Slow SRAM PDF doc linked on that page HY = Hynix 62 = Slow Static Ram W = Power supply 3.7V~5.5V T = classified TFT 08 = x8 organisation and the rest doesn't make any sense. -- Adrian C
