What "Transistor" is this?

Any help would be appriciated, if this is the correct group.

It looks like a power transistor, and comes from my son's Yamaha
electronic drum set.

Markings are:

B1340
945

An equivalent (Canada) much appriciated.

** Very likely a 2SB1340 - PNP darlington, TO220pack , 120 volt, 6
amp, 30 watts.


Try a TIP127.
