What;s happenned to PCBCART..?

Has anyone had contact from www.pcbcart.com recently ?
I've used them a few times in the last year , and service & comms have been excellent, but although
their website is still taking orders, I've had no confirmations or replies to emails re an order I
placed recently.

I have just used them recently for 4 jobs. There seems to be a big problem
with the emails bouncing from sales@pcbcart.com
but Tech@pcbcart.com seems to initiate a response........
Their understanding of English seems a bit thin, but so far, so good. They
have sent me gerbers of their proposed panel layouts . Since accepting, I
have received delivery confirmation .
I'm in the UK too.

I use them regularly now - quality is good, orders are on time and they

respond to email queries, both sales and tech.
Their prices are not too bad. I'm in Australia.

I'm still getting nothing (no bounces either)
Their fax number is also giving an unobtainable tone.
I've initiated a complaint via 2CO and they haven't responded to this either.

I am really hoing they are still there as prices and service were excellent in the past.
Will try the other email address but not holding out much hope....

I have had conversations with them. They said for all of Feb they had system
network problems /email delivery problems.
Seems to be no problems with deliveries and communications now.

Yes - they have now been back in touch with me & said they have had a few problems with order
processing on the website, and my order now appears to be being processed.
