Could someone tell me a general descriptions and characterisitcs of a
TMOS. Because I could not found any details about it.Thanks in advance

TMOS is a trademarked Motorola/ON Semi name for a line of high-reliability,
fast-switching power MOSFETs. The "T" in TMOS has to do with the layout of the
chip -- it looks a little like a "T".

tmos is motorola's abreviation for come of their mosfets. I think they
are low voltage type and the "t" probably stands for the trench gate.
A specially doped epilayer on the sidewalls of the trench lowers on
resistance.
