Hi,
There is a small SMT blown out on my camcorder (Sony, TRV-17). This
part has two terminals. One is connected to battery input, the other
connects to Pin 7 of a SMT IC SSOP8 package. In order to know the blown part, I
want to know the principle of the IC. There are two lines on the chip.
First line: D15;
Seconde line: S84239.
I have searched on the web (for example, google, icmaster.com,
digikey) and no success. Any one can help me?

Thanks in advance

SMT parts are hard to cross-reference. Try searching for the SSOP8
number or tell us where the part is located in relation to the other
components of the camera. Is this the only problem with the whole
camera?
