What is the story with Autotrax EDA?

In the past I have downloaded it ( twice both times invalid EXE) when it was
supposedly demo or shareware.
There was a comment an one of the electronics groups that it transmits data
to some europian site ( Audi?)
Anyone using it? is it available as limited time or limited functionality if
I download it?
