What is ground bouncing?

I heard some people are talking about ground bouncing.
What is that and how to prevent it? Does any one have any
experience dealing with it?

Turn on your dishwasher, TV, air conditioner, hair dryer, electric grilll,
and curling iron all at the same time.

Does any one have any
experience dealing with it?

Don't turn everything on at the same time--i.e., slow your di/dt.
