What happened to IVEX?

Now that IVEX has closed its doors, does anyone know the following:
1) Who owns the software rights?
2) Who *has* the software (source code)?
3) Different people or same person?

Thanx

Did you ever get a response to these questions? I am very interested too.
(See my other post too.)

So far, i have seen no reasonable or useful response.
I was hoping that someone with some factual knowledge would see the
question and respond.
It is too bad that te problem occurred in September (or earlier?) but
was not broadcast until the proverbial 13th hour (Decenber).
I was unable to get even a mini-business plan or anything close to
that from Saige Losli, so i had to do a very crude and incomplete one
myself (a few hours using the net for resources) for presentation to two
VCs, in an attempt to keep it going.
Saige Losli appeared to beleve it was totally dead then, and that
nothing would help - not even an outright grant (!).
He avoided three more calls from me later in December.
The whole thing was rather strange...

Thanks for the reference of your other posting (and responses so far).
