what does this warning meanin simulation mixer:"relative res

This warning comes when I simulate the noise figure of the mixer. My
mixer works at rather high osillation frequency nearly 100GHz, is this
why the warning come from? The warning means that I should reduce
tolerace or increase the value of tolerance? Looking forwoard to
help... Thanks in advance.
