in noise contribution list, there are params like itzf, rbx, rn, can
anyone tell me where I can find out the definitions for these params?
In cadence help document, are there some explantions upon this?
Looking forward to help. Thanks in advance.

Hi There,

They seem to be parameters related to the Bipolar VBIC model.
Please look at the Virtuoso Simulator Circuit Components and Device
Models Manual.
the pdf is available in your cadence install dir @
$CDSHOME/doc/spectremod/spectremod.pdf

Unfortunately noise contributors are not yet documented in the spectre model
guide. For most models, they are rather intuitively named, but for VBIC, they're
less obvious.

In the past, I've found information on these by looking at the public VBIC model
web sites. Nowadays that's via the Designer's Guide site:

Hi Andrew,

The reason why I have mentioned the Spectre Model doc, although using
the VBIC model web site as you provided, is because there is a 'trace'
of those parameters (itzf, rbx). itzf is shown in the graphs of the
Bessel filter for example (Version, December 2007, Product Version
6.2.1, page 387). Same goes for rbx. I do agree with you however,
what I have found in the Spectre's model doc is rather minimal.
