I think it should be possible to make a small budget Mars-mission with
some older computer equipment and many small parts - everything that I
can find on a flea-market.

I´ve also heard that you can use duct-tape for almost everything.

So I want to use some old metallic parts , old PC pieces and other
stuff I can get for free or very little money.

What do I need for my own little Mars orbiter ?

A lot of cash! Building the equipment will be fairly reasonable, but getting
it there will be really expensive!

Start by getting the largest trampoline available and placing it on
the sidewalk beside the Empire State Building.

Lots of duct tape.

A lot of cash!

Having your own version of the IRS would make this easy.
You get your cut of everyone's cash, even before they do.
If they stray from the One True Path,
you can seize their stuff and sell it off.
