.WFM converter for Tektronix TDS5104B operating in Fast Fram

I collected 80 frames of data on a Tektronix TDS5104B oscilloscope
operating in fast frame mode. The normal file converter for .wfm
files does not process these fast frame files. Anyone know where to
get a .wfm convertor for fast frame files off a Tek scope
