What is the meaning of "*WARNING* dbOpenCellViewByType: Failed to
open CellView (IF_PAD schematic) from lib(TAG_SIM) in 'r' mode because
cellview does not exist"?
 
The cell view(schematic) is not present in the specified Library.
Check before you open a view in Skill.
