Wanted 2SK1412 Sanyo mosfet

I want to get a couple or more of these mosfet transistors.
I am in Wroclaw, Poland. If you any sources please let me know.
Normal suppliers have either no stock or huge MOQ's.
Just need a few more for prototyping.

That's a nice unusual 1.5kV mosfet, a small die with very low
capacitance. And the small TO-220-size package would normally
limit creepage distance, but they've added grooves to fix this.

How high is the MOQ, and who have you been getting them from?
