***** Cant you read plain English on the site,I quote:-

"Q. How do I download the files?

A. You can download with your web browser, usually by just clicking on the
pages that you want. Most BAMA manual pages are too big to easily view with
your browser, so you will need to save them by holding down the shift key
when you click on the file. Barring unforeseen changes by Microsoft,
Internet Explorer users will have to switch to Netscape for access to the
manuals stored on BAMA or use an FTP client program such as WS_FTP."

The mind boggles!!

Yes, I found many sites in the past where I could not download with MS
Internet Explorer; thats why I switched to Opera - no problems since
with downloads.
