Voltage coming out of H/K amp channel?

I just picked up a Harmon/Kardon PM660 integrated amplifier with a problem. The
right channel outputs a continous low voltage as long as the amp is on. I
haven't tried to play music through it, since it popped my speaker's cone out
when I first tested it.

Any idea what would normally cause this? It's not that valuable an amp so I
don't want to put a lot of time into it. Upper-middle range '80s unit.

Transistor, IC, diode, FET, resistor, capacitor, solder connections,

who knows?

I'm not aware of a common problem on these.
