Voltage Balancing circuit

hello group
I need to make a small circuit that will have 2 Potentiometer inputs and 2
relay outputs using 1 common power supply. The applied voltage to the board
would be 12vdc and the the input voltage to the boards from the
Potentiometers while be 0 to 5vdc.What I want to happen is when I adjust 1
Potentiometer manually the appropriate output while turn on and turn on a
small motor which will be coupled to the other Potentiometer, when the 2
Potentiometers are equal the out put will shut off.So in need cw and ccw
modes depending on which way the pot was turned.I hope you all get the
picture
all help would be appreciated

What you're describing is a simple servomechanism,

but what are the relays for and what makes them make and break?

Sounds like a simple differential op amp circuit.

Beware of getting the critical damping right or the motor migh
oscilate or not move all the way.
