Voice Synthesizer

Hi Folks,

I've got 4 data inputs going into a BCD to Decimal Decoder. Depending on the
inputs one of the corresponding outputs go high. I would like to add voice
to this. For example, if the output 6 goes high (input 0110), I would like a
voice announcement saying "The number selected is six". I need this only for
numbers from 0 to 9 (i.e a total of 10 messages). I am looking for a
simplest (and cheapest) way of doing this. Any idea where to start and if
there is a single chip that can do this? Tks/ Darrin
