Virtuoso Netlisting Warnings

I'm seeing some the following netlister warnings which I haven't seen before. Any ideas what might be causing this? I checked port order properties, and all of that looks correct. I also checked the generated netlist itself, and that looks fine. Still, I'd like to clear these up if possible.

Any ideas?
