I've been exploring the Virtuoso Custom Placer and I'm seeing
different placement results from the same initial conditions. This
leads me to believe that the VCP is using something analagous to a
random number generator in the placement algorithm. Is this true? If
so, is there a way I can run VCP in a "deterministic" mode, e.g.,
setting a seed for a random number generator, so I get repeatable
placements?
