Virginia Tech shakes up Supercomputer rankings for energy e

Supercomputer rankings are to be shaken up as Virginia Tech makes new rules for judging energy efficiency. The university controls the TOP500 which ranks the most computationally powerful supercomputers in the world twice a year, and the more-recent Green500 which lists the TOP500 in order of energy efficiency.
