I have a digital camera installed at my friend comuter, and I want to see him
from mine using the internet.
but also I want to record on video tape here what I see.
How can I do it?

Buy a video card with TV-OUT (in any computer hardware shop) and a VCR.

Configure video card to output to TV-OUT.
Test configuration with a TV.
Connect video card TV-OUT to VCR' VIDEO IN. Put VCR to record. To record
audio, you'd connect speaker out from sound card to VCR' AUDIO IN.
